which is key to continued growth and success”, says Robert Postlethwaite of London- and Leeds-based law firm Postlethwaite, which specialises in advising on EO. Staff recruitment and retention are aided by EO, too, Postlethwaite points out, as it helps organisations differentiate themselves in the marketplace and fosters environments in which employees feel more valued.
