We’re thrilled to be attending the Employee Ownership Association’s (EOA) annual conference in Liverpool next week over 3-4 October.
Taking place at accliverpool.com, this is the EOA’s first live conference since 2019 and we can’t wait!

Getting involved
If you feel the conference floors trembling that will likely be our team’s enthusiastic footsteps. A record seven of us will be in attendance over the two day event and available to answer your questions about EO.
The EOA has put together a great programme of workshops and seminars which we are looking forward to hearing and being a part of as we also look to learn from other companies who have already transitioned to EO and continue to progress our own EO journey.
The future of EO feels bright
There’s a lot of negative news of late that has many of us worried but at least the future of EO is feeling positive and we, for one, are more excited than ever about the potential and future of employee ownership.
We believe it can help provide answers to many questions a business owner may have, such as:
- How do we improve our productivity?
- How do we empower people?
- How do we create a business model fit for our changing times?
- How do I exit the business without destroying what I’ve worked for?
- How do we as a company share rewards in the best way?
With over 1000 UK companies now employee-owned (of which we’ve helped around 100 complete their journey), it is now firmly in the mainstream but there is still so much more to do. We look forward to continuing to play our part in its further growth and contributing to the employee ownership community.
