After many successful years and looking for a sustainable future Orms Designers and Architects Ltd realised that the business was about all its employees not just the directors. They wanted to make changes.
On 2nd March 2018 the practice transferred the majority ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust and have set up an elected Employee Council to promote a partnership culture.
They believe this change strengthens the level of service and skills which the practice offers, that it is a natural evolution of their culture, will give real financial benefits to the whole Orms team and will ensure the continuity of the excellence they seek to provide to clients and collaborators
